Koalas are in the middle of a logging operation in the Lower Bucca State Forest on the NSW North Coast.
“I went to Lower Bucca State Forest because I knew this was happening and I believe if people see this, they’ll do what they can to help keep koalas safe.”
The bushfires burnt over 2 million hectares of koala habitat. Yet state-owned logging agency Forestry Corporation has been logging unburnt koala habitat for months.
The NSW Government has the power to stop this. Take a stand for koalas. Sign the petition to call on Premier Gladys Berejiklian to stop habitat destruction now >> https://www.nature.org.au/protect-koala-habitat/
