NSW Climate Change Policy Framework released

The policy sets two aspirational objectives:

  • Achieving net zero emissions by 2050.
  • NSW being more resilient to a changing climate.

The NSW government has also announced a $500 million funding package and released two draft climate change and energy savings documents for public consultation:

  • Draft Climate Change Fund Strategic Plan
  • A Plan to Save NSW Energy and Money

Visit the site to read the documents and register for a webinar briefing.
