NSW Department of Planning and Environment proposes to amend this SEPP.
Key changes in the proposed amended SEPP relate to the:
- definitions of koala habitat;
- list of tree species;
- list of councils; and
- development assessment process.
Submissions can be made until 3 March 2017:
